Hi, I have the VIN plate decoder article for an RS1600i and S1 RST, but have viewed a RS16i with a RST engine and the VIN plate codes have been revised, but does anyone know anything about the following:

Engine code = LU (whereas RS16i=L7 & RST=LH)
Transmission = W (looks ok as RST=W & RS16i=H)
Axle ratio = 4 (which is 3.82.1, whereas RST is 2=3.59 & RS16i is 4=3.84.1)
Trim = TC (which is correct for RS16i, whereas RST=HC)
Type = SW (whereas RS16i=ABA & RST=ABET)

I'm wondering whether these codes are official to reflect the modification?
