I needed a single piston dust seal for one piston on a set of 6 pot calipers. Didn't really want to spend Ł70 on a kit so I emailed AP directly.
guy came back to me the next day and said he'd stick one in the post f.o.c.
2 days later, 2 seals turned up in the post.
excellent customer service

Well, he got back to me fairly quickly. Can't say what they'll be like this time of year though.
I'd also sourced a supplier who would sell me one singly, the guy there was really helpful
His name was Richard Parker at CoordSport. Didn't buy it off him in the end as I got them FOC but he may be worth a try - http://coordsport.com/
You could also try Bigg Red - they specifically say they have dust covers - http://biggred.co.uk/accessories

bigdel You got very good customer service from AP but when you think how much the big brake set ups cost now whats a couple of 30p dust seals to them? Hope Rsmat gets the same service.

That's my point. It costs them nothing but leaves a good feeling with the customer. Same with any big business really. Could have told me to piss off which wouldn't have surprised me, but they didn't.
And I do know how much those big brake setups cost. We sold the 7040's and bought a set of 5555 calipers from Reyland costing over Ł1700, but it's the little things these big concerns do sometimes that make the difference
