I did look at them but preferred something that I could use with alloy wheels on the car.

Guess I'd have both front wheels off & propped up same height so would be as if wheels were on, not sure if it matters how high off the ground as long as both sides the same? If so could just measure hub centre to ground with wheels on & prop em both up to that

That will be no good for you at all with standard non-adjustable arms. This does camber and castor only.

i have one and I use it when working on suspension with factory adjustability. I mount it on the brake disc and set it to zero, do the work and put it all back to the original zero setting on the unit.

you can also use it to check camber in-situ on the ground if you can get it to rest on the disc surface.

That is purely for camber and castor.

It will require you to be on a perfectly flat surface, and for castor you will need rotating plates to measure 20degress of wheel rotation before taking any readings off the device.

In no way at all can that do tracking.

Gunsons do some cheapy tracking devices, their laser one is ok, but slow and awkward to use.

Got a free check at my local tyre & exhaust and they said they should be set to parallel. Parallel!!! Easy

Funny enough that jogged my memory, twas the same on my Mk1 Fez when I got it set a few years back

How cool is that?!! Just find a paved yard & you're away. No special kit nescessary Thank u Ford
