That is purely for camber and castor.

It will require you to be on a perfectly flat surface, and for castor you will need rotating plates to measure 20degress of wheel rotation before taking any readings off the device.

In no way at all can that do tracking.

Gunsons do some cheapy tracking devices, their laser one is ok, but slow and awkward to use.
