Zetec turbo is a little different .

I wouldn't know where to start recalibrating the Mfi metering head.

So Efi it is.

You have the,

Chipped Escort / Fiesta turbo ecu. Is it Ofab ?
Focus Rs ecu. Don't worry about Pats.
After market ecu, Mega squirt, omex ect ect ect.

All down to budget and ability and the power out put you want.
Mine is on Focus Rs management.

looks good mate like the set up you had. well I thought to run on efi for now and was hoping could run on standard t3 as mines fairly new. although wasn't thinking of fitting untill next year as hoping to make during the winter. suppose my total budget would be around 1500-2000

It's all down to expected power, ability to make stuff work and cash.

Keep the expected power output modest, find solutions to make things work together and it doesn't have to cost the earth.
Buy the best of every thing and pay some one to build it for you and you will need deep pockets and long arms.
Neither way is right or wrong.

The above engine complete and running minus trolley stands me at about £1100 give or take. I could do it for less if I made more and used less Rs parts and waited for a few more bargains.

That's engine, turbo, ecu the lot.

Expected power is around 215~220bhp. 250bhp with a blufin stage one map but this engine would be maxed out at that.

There are 101 different ways to do the same thing.

A ZT is by far the better option, a ZVH is the worst of both engines bolted together and is an old school method for a quick boost in torque/bhp back when metering units where reliable... No need these days.
