Have a good luck at all the connections at the positive terminal as a starting point.

Try giving the wires at the back of the ignition a wiggle or tap the connection where the wires go into the connection.
I've had a similar prob on a 1600i and it presented the same

The fact that it not got hazard lights which work or should work with ignition off tells me its not the ignition switch, I have seen a few fords over my 22 year in the motor trade with no electrics and its been a connection at the positive terminal of the battery.
