Default New ecu wiring harness - sierra cosworth

Has anyone installed a new ECU wiring harness, the one available from Burton, and if so has there been a noticeable improvement in the running of the engine?

You can never really go wrong replacing a 25 year old loom!

Also try searching for cw looms

I got mine from Motorsport Developments. It definitely more crisp in its response. Plus it's nice and safe with no bare or cruddy wiring. The fans run faster too! 😁

Lots of advantages if you know the Weber ecu well enough, and what it needs to operate at its best

I had an intermittent misfire on my 2wd Saff and replaced the engine, fuel pump and fans looms which fixed the problem straight away. A 27 year old original Ford wiring loom will be getting worn out and can cause all sorts of problems.

Loomer autodynamix on here every time for a cossie loom. Not cheap but they are a very very nice bit of kit.
