Hi Damien Roe

did you come right with this mod / install? I also have a windy sunroof and motor kit and would also like to know if there are other solutions in case I run into same problem.

There just one question from your pic I would like to know, what is that plastic flappy bit sticking out on the backend of cover? Seems like that you have a plastic bracket attached?

For the sunroof cover do you have the steel bracket and correct motor etc?

Cheers

Headlinings are different between manual and electric. You will need to make bracket to hold the rear section as the roof skin on the later cars are different too....

It can be done tho

Done this twice, both times with the Granada Scorpio sunroof,is this console from an escort?
as iirc the Granada 1 fits perfect with no mods.

Mine was out of a sierra but i made it fit a G plate saff.
If you use a granada motor it will work on manual splines so no need to change the mech.

Both times I needed the Granada roof as my saphs had larger splines,1 was a 1990 other was a 92.

you should be thinking about the sun by the pool, not a sierra sunroof in Britain 😂
