Has anyone got any pictures of the cosworth 2wd hydraulic clutch conversion fitted with the BMW E30 external slave? I want to show mechanic examples of how people have fitted the slave to the bell housing and any of the pedal mod would be a great help. Thanks.

Unfortunately not much help to you now but I'm currently doing this to my MT75 box, will get some pics up shortly on my car thread over the next few weeks. There already is a photo of the locating tube welded on the release bearing fork that the push rod sits into. Sorry I can't be of much more use now.

Agreed that it is one of the essential mods to make living with the cars easier.

 

If ur using ant5 box u use a slave from a mondeo (internal slave) the bmw slave is used on mt75 gearbox ive done my rwd mt75 box i have pics

 

One of the best modifications you can do, makes a big difference in clutch feel and control.
