I prefer the original ambers back on. What do you think?
Still weird having the white rear plate here in NZ.

 

Each to their own but for me I prefer the smoked rear lights, it looks like something is missing and to much white. If you prefer it though its your choice.

 

Amber's are for 2wd and that's that lol even had a argument with a runt in fuel station telling me how wrong my 4x4 was with smoked rears my reply was you cock it was made with them . It's what setshe the 2ed and 4x4 apart

My 2wd Saff had the 4x4 vented bonnet and smoked rear light cluster fitted very soon after it was first on the road in late 1990 so when I bought it in 1995 I have never seen it any other way. Mine is not a standard car and it has never bothered me. Personal preference, I like it and others dont so they keep what they want.

 

Looks just the way a 2wd should.

 

Ambers big improvement.
Front amber indicators will be much better than clear on a white car imo.

I do like the look of the smokes too but in a sucker for putting cars back to standard. It is a 2wd so..

Ambers suit some colours, look great on white, mines flint grey and for me I prefer the smoked as the ambers looked aweful

 

Makes it look old and cheap imo.

 

Smoked rears on the back of yours 100% looks better, especially as you have the white plate

There are a few facelift 2wd cars with smoked and clears as std from ford they also have the square type front speaker grills. Is the 90 spec saff.

 

Million times better! Dose it have ambers at the front? I even like them better without bonnet vents as well

 

Much prefer ambers on a 2wd regardless of colour. The white does look kinda cool with the white licence plate too

Like I said some will like it some wont.There is no hard and fast rules its just personal preference. If everyones Saffs were exactly the same it would be boring.

 

Tbh I like both sets, guess it's down to personal decgression buddy. That has to be the nicest arse I've seen all day though 😍

I like it more with the ambers to. You have to do what you like best mate.

Did you have to weld some holes? (behind the numberplate panel left and right)

All 2wd saffs should have the ambers fitted like they were as standard.
