Which 4 spd Gearbox options for Xr3i engine ?

Which 4 spd Gearbox options for Xr3i engine ?
Hey, wondered if anyone could help.. and tell me which 4spd gearbox I could use with xr3i engine.
I am eventually about to start a full rebuild on my XR3i Powered Offroader and although the engine is good the gearbox is 'non functioning'.
Im not 100% sure but think it currently has a fiesta mk1/mk2 4 speed box, and wondered if anyone could tell me what options I have or would be best...?
As its is an offroad vehicle shouldn't be an issue loosing out on a bit of 'top end' with the 4 speed.. someone has suggested using a gearbox from a 1.1 ohv mk3 escort.. would i be better off with this rather than another fiesta box or are they the same thing ?

Whaterver you can get hold of I should think mate, yes they're more or less the same although the escort 'box might have a slightly lower final drive as the wheels/tyres would have been slightly bigger
I've run fiesta boxes in escorts before & it's a straight swap shafts etc all fit fine
