PEOPLE BUYING S2 RS TURBOS BEWARE OF D701 PGC... POSSIBLE RINGER NOW! THIS CAR WAS OWNED BY MYSELF FROM 2010, DOING ALOT OF WORK TO IT OVER THE YEARS, I UNFORTUNATLY WROTE IT OFF IN AUGUST 2016, SOLD IT FOR PARTS OR RE-SHELL IN SEPTEMBER 2016, FOUND IT ON GUMTREE ON SATURDAY 28 JANUARY 2017 AS A CAR THATS MOT'ED AND UP FOR SALE £4500. THE SHELL IS 100% NOT MY ONE I WROTE OFF, AND THE GUY THAT HAS IT NOW HAS TOLD ME CHASSIS NUMBERS MATCH UP ETC....

THINK THIS ONE IS NOW A RINGER GUYS... BEWARE!!!!!

Its not listed as written off as I only hit a lamp post and not another car.... Also I know that shell is not mine as I sold the car on with long mot on it till feb 2017.... Now mot status says I think October 2017

 

 

The MOT would go with the registration so that's no sure fire way to tell if it's a hum dinger or not,I've MOT'd cars long before they were due after losing certificates before.

It looks like it had a fair bit of damage though so it could well have been a re-shell job

 

I understand that, as I say, was found on gumtree for sale, I notified the owner to say was in a write off, has been put back on the road with different shell, but owner says chassis number/ tags/ plates are matching log book.... I would imagine my chassis number has been welded into the NON RS shell, then the tags/ plates have been carried over.... Don't sound good to me... Owner took it off gumtree once I told him, then he also says he got his cash back and he don't want nothing to do with the car!!!! Somethings not right with the car now....

 

If you sold it in September and it was Mot'd in October
They've done well to repair that lol

Anyone viewing the car just needs to look at it carefully...
