escort cosworth wheels

Hi im wanting to put escort cosworth wheels on my s2 turbo but was wondering what the best size of tyre is?

195/40/16 or 195/45/16

Id go for the 195/40, i think thats what i used to have, i was lowered 40mm on konis and it scuffed like feck, looked awesome though

I have 195/45 on mine mate they sit fine just a little stretch
