looking for some gearoil for mk1 focus 1600 with the ib5 gearbox ....anything work particularly well in these?

i did via another forum....says 75/80 where i thought they need 75/90

just wanted to hear from someone that actualy used some and said yeah that works well , think out garage put some random stuff in when it had a clutch and its a bit notchy compared to before

 

He recommended 75/90 for the MTX75 box in my son's MK1 Focus RS

Bought Castrol Syntrax in that grade and seems fine.

 

I use 75w90 GL4 spec in mine.
