hi well we have bought a mk1 escort ex rally car shell which most of u will probs think it is to far gone.. its had one owner since new and is one of the first mk1 escorts built so she will be saved. here som pics

yep she deffo more rust than car the only thing that isnt rotton is the roof lol but watch this space lol she will be dun. hopeing for no longer than 5 month to finish depending on cash flow

with the panels available today for these everything is salvagable i have seen several cars like this brought back to life on turbosport

 

New quarters,floorpan,inner and outer sills,arches,wings,scuttle,bulkhead,inner wings,wings,bulkhead,rear panel plus whatever elsewhere will be nothing left of the car you started with,but hood luck with it!

 

i no botters they have all been ordered

Bet that car could tell a story or 2, great project and just the immense satisfaction alone seeing it back in its prime will make it a worthwhile project, can't be many original rally car shells around nowadays.
