My car needs a new front uj which I've found and got on order but I also need some oil for when it gets changed and whilst doing that I may Aswell do the diff and the transfer box do they all take 75w90 filly synthetic? If so how much and any recommendations on what's good?

Hi Billy, just looked in the blue cosworth manual and it says gearbox fluid ESD-M2C186-A, transfer box fluid is SQM-2C9010-B and front diff is SQM-2C9002-A, these are ford numbers so not sure what equivalent are

Had a little look and found that comma do a mtx-75 gearbox oil but the other codes don't come up wit much don't suppose it had quantities Aswell?
