Never gapped those used but i would say 0.8mm.

Always used the out the box with no issues. BUT i found short running times can foul them up.
This happens with the supercars at work when we have to move them.

had trouble starting mine today after changing the cts and putting on the msd coilpack, the ones in the car is what was in when I bought it,took them out and they were wet,but also noticed plug gap was small,i thought you could run bigger gaps on coilpack?
maybe the running issues I had yesterday have killed them?

Mark I haven't had it set up yet(booked in to nms on the fourth of april ),it's only been on the road for 2weeks,one trip to mot station and one trip to get valuation done, with not being set up just been running low boost in short bursts.
cars always started great(tick over a little high)when cold.
yesterday noticed coolant reading on ecu monitor was all over the place, when the reading weren't right the car was nearly undrivable guessing it was over fueling. it cut out and wouldn't restart till water temperature dropped below 70 degree's. changed cts and coilpack and now it spins over but doesn't even try to start.ive took the plugs out and gonna leave them overnight and try again tomorrow

Same spec as mine then.

So from what you have said she is overfuelling a lot. Which could be many items.

Too much fuel pressure or a restriction in return line.
faulty cts which you have changed.
faulty map sensor.
Tps not set up correctly.

What ecu? What tps.?

Fault finding is difficult at the best of times. Oh that would be stg 4

fuel pressure set at 3.5 bar with vaccum pipe disconnected and blocked off,all fuel lines are new braided items
map sensor, seemd to work before it was removed when running l6 ecu stage 3 with greens etc
tps voltage set correctly, can check again, ecu monitor showing 3% throttle at ldle. pf09
l8 ecu with closed loop fueling, wasted spark anti lag and launch control.
when it went for mot fueling was adjusted to just under 4% at 2500 ram a little high but Karl advised between 3-4% would be safe to drive to his place?

I am on closed loop too and co was under 1% at idle. Could be a prob with o2 sensor?
Tps should not be 3% at idle mate adjust it so it shows 0. Could be ecu is sensing open throttle and giving it more fuel at idle..???

Try that first every car ive had with a monitor shows zero when on idle.

well I altered the tps and gapped the plugs, and still no joy.
well after a bit of digging around I found I had no voltage to the ecu, thatll be the newly installed alarm then
used a power probe on it and it fired up
ticks over a lot better now im guessing its due to tps being altered.
later on the alarm worked as it should,so ill be back on the phone to the shop in the morning.
