A Cossy ECU & loom only require 3 wire to run:

Permanant Live
Ignition Live
Pump Trigger

The car will run with just those connected.

Feeds off the cossy loom which need to be wired into a s1 loom are:

Rev Counter = Green
Water Temp Sensor = Brown\White

You mean the green wire and the brown/white is on the cossie loom or the other way round. Which wires do these need connecting to ie green-?

the green on the cossie loom needs to be connected to the wire that feeds your rev counter - check for continuity between one of your original ignition coil wires and the multiplug on the back of your clocks to identify the right wire.

do similarly for the brown/white on the cossie loom that connects into the back of your clocks to feed the temp gauge.
