You are doing such a fantastic job but in my opinion it would be even better if you changed the coloured poly for black, painted the block and Koni's satin black, oh and ditch the strut brace

About gear box it isn't very difficult but you must have special tools. And
some knowlage .

It makes my Escos tidy up took rather average!! You've got some engine brackets that I've never seen before.
