I am having the same issues ordered a set of brake calliper brackets, belles and discs on 24th Nov and was quoted 7-10 days for delivery.


Chased the order on the 8th Dec to be told 'getting there', tried to make contact at the beginning of Jan and sent several more messages between now and then with NO reply.


I think its just completely unacceptable to ignore customers I understand there can be problems and delays in making custom parts but at least have the decently to reply to a message.


I have also had a PM from someone else on here saying they are going through the same thing.

 

Have you rang him? I get on well with mark on the phone and buy email and found him a good guy to do business with

 

Sent about 4 mails since beginning of Jan and rang a couple of times with no answer.

 

Very odd every time I message or ring him I get a reply

 

Some people wait for years after parts they have paid for, so it`s nothing new

 

Martin will make and deliver you brakes within a week

 

Had similar experience.
