Default fuel rail

Hi

How do you disconnect the plastic fuel pipe from the fuel rail on a 2wd cosworth?

Cheers

Ford make a special tool to remove it but I think you can also use an air con tool - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/VS0454-SE...ed6&rmvSB=true

Have used a 15mm olive from a compression fitting before, just split it wrap it round the tube and slide it into the spring to release the fitting, have also used a short piece of plastic pipe of similar diameter, split it and chamfer the edge push it over the pipe and push towards the spring to release, if all that makes sense!!
