Please help..Need correct clutch diameter XR3i 1.8
Hi guys,
Clutch disc broke up on my 1992 XR3i MK5 Cabriolet last week.
Shes only the 105 bhp model and all searches tell me the buy the 220mm clutch.
But from what I can see my XR has the MTX75 box which I believe takes a 240mm clutch. I am told that only the 130bhp version has the MTX75. But on my gear shift you have to lift up the little collar to select reverse which makes me believe its the MTX75. Did some of the 105's have MTX75's.?
Can anyone confirm because the last thing I want to do is to buy the wrong clutch.
