What is the car idling at? I find Denso iridium IK27 plugs are better for the EFi turbo, With NGK mine idled worse. Have you cleaned the ISCV out with carb cleaner, Also clean out the throttle body too. the other thing to check is the CTS.

Won't affect idle. Have you set the base idle? also, what breather?

I mention the breather as I had a similar issue. The issue I had was where I removed the breather system in favour for a mini K&N on the rocker cover; bad move. There are two vacuum ports on the lower inlet manifold, these take in fresh air and vapours from the breather system for idle.

Have you connected the 2 vacuum outlets to the breather?

For the base idle there is an adjustment screw on the bottom left of the throttle body as you look at it from the front of the car (near the TPS). IIRC you need to disconnect the ISCV, hold the revs at 2k for 30 seconds and let them drop back. If the car cuts out turn the screw on the throttle body a quarter turn anti-clockwise.

Have you checked the fuel pressure at the rail?

Try disconnecting the pipe from the vacuum ports on the inlet to the breather at the breather end so that the pipe is open to air. Does it idle happily up high? If so the breather may be blocked. If not, remove the one way valve and repeat. The one way valve may be back-to-front or blocked.
