Default Sierra rear beam weight and sizd

Might sound silly question but how heavy is a complete rear beam including brakes and diff? Two person lift?

Also could anyone measure the length and width for me? Want to know if it would fit into the back of a focus with the seats down

Many thanks Ben

when i collected mine, it fitted into the back of the saph without issues

but it took at least 2 of us to get it out again as it was a proper struggle

it's not just that they are heavy, it's that the arms wobble all over the place so you can lift one bit but not the other so it's not just about the weight

it's over 2 foot wide though and over 5 foot long

Thanks dojj, it may be easier to just hire a van for the day for Ł35.
I'll have to stop being lazy and climb under my Sierra to check sizes of my old beam to make sure it'll fit in back of my focus

I'd say the whole lot is about 80 to 90 kg. Especially the diff and shafts are quite heavy. I would take it apart before putting it in the car.
