The relay is in the fuse box. Try cleaning the earth points behind the front headlights. There should be a 10mm bolt each side holding the earth wires to the front panel.
okay il try that .... theres notting coming on in the dash tho when I put lights to on position and put them to the fulls no blue light comes on dash
do you have a dimmer switch?
try moving that first as that's the easiest fix
after that it's the stalks, mainly the one that has the hazard light switch on it (on the left yes? ) as the one on the right has the light switch and the wipers (yes? )
it's been a decade or more since i've had my sierra so if things are a little wrong forgive me
have you checked the power coming out?
and what year is it?

just seen that the horn don't work either, there is a 2 prong switch in the centre of the steering wheel which can sometimes fail when the contacts wear out, pop the centre horn push out and see if toucihng the wires together does the trick
otherwise removing the cowling you should be able to see the plug for the horn (i think it's a white 2 pin big plastic plug) and shorting them out should do the trick

okay thanks il check that for the horn
Behind the stalks underneath the instrument panel there might be two rolling switches, one that dims the dash lights and one that changes the died of the wipers on their intermittent setting
It might be as simple as a stuck on one
