hi I have a 2 wheel drive sapphire cosworth can anyone tell me where the fittings connect to please

 

The 2 top breather ports typically go to, inlet side of the block (kidney box) and through the cam cover (requires mod).

The bottom small one coming off at an angle, is the oil return, goes to a blanked port in the exhaust side of the block (under the exhaust manifold).

Large pipe straight out the bottom of the breather is the air vent, and can just be piped straight down, I loosely cable tied mine to my ARB.
