rs turbo tappets

Can anyone suggest where i can get decent tappets from for a rs turbo as i have bin told not to bother with going to a ford dealer as they are to expensive and that they only last five minutes.

burton power sells antipump ones for 98 quid!, or i saw a place in performance ford selling uprated ones for 60 quid, other than that its Mr Ford!
