Default 4x4 saph suspension questions

Got a few question I hope someone can help with. Are the 4x4 saph and escos front shocks and all cups and bearings the same or not I think they are but I'm not sure.

Also track control arms is it worth getting adjustable ones its a stage 3 car that's used on the road weekend blasts, meets and shows or it be overkill I just want to get it handling well nd get it tight and how it should be as at the moment it's a bit sloppy so just gathering all the bits for an overhaul

Cheers Billy

Yes they are the same, as for adjustable tca i dont really see the need for them in a road car plus you would also need adjustable top mounts to achieve full adjustability. You could fit polys they take a lot of the sloppiness away

not sure if the escos ones have the spring cup further up the strut, i remember using them on my sierra when i fitted 215/45/17's on the front as they didn't clear the strut on the sierra items and the granada ones were miles taller

if you are going to go adjustable you might as well spend money on comp struts and a front mount arb as well as the top mounts

for handling though polys at the front and a 6 degree rear beam is what you need for starters

Ah ok so looks like they are the same its the rubber that sits in the turret, the metal cup and the bearings I need to know about as Ive found some for sae but listed for an escort so wanted to confirm before I bought them

Kind of what I thought would be said on the Tca's too will probably get some new standard one and fit polybushes in them

Anymore opinions?

Cheers
