Ford fiesta Mk4 1999

hi Guys
Wondering anyone can help. Im trying to swap my Mk4 rear light s with a lexus light ( sorry got initial post wrong)
But for some reason my indicators flash really fast

Any help very much appriciated

You've got a bad bulb connection or a fooked bulb mate, why you changing them to mk5 ones they are the same?
