SPEC
FULL ENGINE REBUILD +1MM PISTONS
STAGE 3 HEAD STANDARD CAM
195 BHP CHIP
-31 ACT
PACE INTERCOOLER
MONGOOSE EXH
KN INDUTION KIT

ITS A S1 IF THAT MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE CHEERS

I dont think it will be that high.

If its a Standard Blower, then I would say around 175-180bhp. The Cam and Turbo will be whats holding it back. You wont want to run it past about 16psi with the Pace.

sorry for the hi jack but what does the std turbo push out before you have to worry about the seals going? 18psi?

i think 18psi is the limit and even running that much boost with a standard turbo you have to be worried i think 16psi is safe. im running 15psi 186bhp. i would say the same figure for above maybe a little more

I would estimate no more than about 180bhp mate

Would`nt a STG3 head work better with a T285 or something like that ??

with the cam surely it `d be knocking on the 200 mark.

CHEERS FOR THE INFO THINK IM GOING TO HAVE TO PUT A 285T2 CAM IN THEN THINK I JUST RUN STANDARD BLOWER FOR NOW THO

I wouldnt have put a Stage 3 Head on to be honest. Its not really needed. It will flow nicer at the top and be a little more revvy, but you will have lost some of the punchiness. Bit late for that I guess!!

Incidentally, why the '320 bhp' username??

Yes, defo a Stage 3 T3 and a 285T2 Cam. Only problem then will be the Pace Interwarmer, which will only allow around 18psi before high ACT's stop your fun.
