Lamps/lenses/lights E marked or not E marked?

Lamps/lenses/lights E marked or not E marked?
Does it matter if I buy fog lamps/indicators/rear lenses etc that are not E marked?
Obviously not Ford, but the repro/pattern types don't seem to be E marked - is this an issue...?
