Newish merc gl 350 is stuttering in 1st and 2nd as in changing gears, engine power is there is just won't change smoothly

Merc want £180+ vat to check it out even though it's under warranty which is a bit of a piss take

If the £180 is refundable if they find a warranty problem I'd go for it.

But I'd maybe ask another dealership what their approach would be.
