Default Focus tddi problems

Hi I am new to the forum, but have enjoyed reading them in the past.

The problem is that I have a small amount of air bubbles coming from the engine into the expansion bottle, eventually causing overflow, combined with a reasonable amount of steam exiting the exhaust.

There is no oil to water mix in coolant or engine, and there is no overheating.

I have recently replaced the water pump, cam belt, thermostat and radiator.

Head gasket or failed egr cooler?

Anyone have any thoughts

Thanks

Default S-max water loss

Hi there. I've got a similar problem on our s-max, water level dropped so popped some more in to bring it up to the minimum line and when I parked the car up after having driven it 15 miles I realised water was coming out of the water tank and leaking over the car park. Now the level has dropped quite significantly and it's so hot in the water tank that it's bubbling and steaming. This can't be normal right? What do I do? Head gasket gone??
