No. As long as the emissions are ok. It should pass.

90% of Vauxhalls I see would have no mot if they failed on eml.

Tone, I changed the EGR, as I started running badly/not at all, the light came on then. I'm fairly sure that was all before the last MOT, but couldn't remember.
