hello,

my dad found a unused ford toolbox @home which i´ve never seen before. is it possible that it was delivered with a sierra or mk3 xr3i?
part number is 079150-83-BB-17003-AA

it is the accessory toolkit available in the early 1980s from Ford. It is suitable for all models. They are getting quite rare in good condition. I have a box of them in one of the lofts somewhere as my old man used to run a dealers back in the day and he had loads of old stock around.

That's probably all the tools you needed to fix an old Sierra for years ago.

The XR4i had them as standard.
You could also buy them from Ford as they were included in the Accessory catalogue.
