Tax question

So i have a 2007 diesel van, im thinking of putting a 2003 petrol engine into.

Will the emissions/ tax be at rates for an 03 vehicle or an 07? Cheers

If you can prove the year of the vehicle that the engine came out of emissions should be tested on the engine year not vehicle
