Default MK5 Fiesta anti-roll bar bush change

hi all
or is it a mk6 2006?
is it possible to change the anti roll bushes on an 06 mk5 1200 fiesta without dropping the cross member? I have a bad clonking on bumps but its not the top strut bearing or the ball joint or links as they are all new,

I am also curious how to replace the anti-roll bushes on my 2003 MK5 1.4 fiesta. The book mentions dropping the cross member but surely there is an easier way to do this. I can find nothing on Youtube or any blogs on how to achieve this and after 18 years since this model came out hasn't anyone had to change their bushes? I see the original post has not been answered so am adding in the hope of a response now. Thank you.

Should be the same on latercars - On the mk3s we used to remove the front bolt on the D bush, then loosen the rear bush as much as you can with a spanner.
Long crow bar/pry bar and bend the arb bracket, squeeze in the new bush, then bend the bracket in place with water pump pliers.

any one got the part numbers for the sway bar bushings, my bar is 19mm ans i can only see heavy duty ones with 19mm inner
changed the drop links and the noise is still there so I need these 19mm inner bushes

just an update, i didn't change the anti roll bar bushes
had a noise when driving over bumpy roads the noise was a plasticee noise not a metal type of noise
changed the drop links still noisey (didn't expect it to fix it)
changed the front strut top mount & bush noise stopped at the moment
