Default ST170 fuel rail swap for Zetec?

Is it possible to swap the ST170 fuel rail out for a Zetec one? I'm pretty sure the rail and regulator won't be a problem. I know I'll need to put a return in back to the tank, but how would you get over the fuel pressure sensor wiring? Is there some way to fool it to thinking its still controlling the fuel pressure?

I could buy a used one but you never know what your buying and I can get a rail and a brand new adjustable regulator for a fraction of the price. So back to the original question, does anyone know if there anything I can do with the wiring to fool the ecu to thinking is still controlling the fuel pressure?
