Whats everyones opinion on bonnet louvers? (pressed in vents). Im thinking about having some pressed into my bonnet on my rs 1600i zt that im building, was thinking about having them only on one side over the turbo to let a bit of heat out. Who has them? Any pictures?

 

could look good if there done right and as long as its functional. that is a clean looking bay

 

Thanks keep meaning to do a build thread on here but dont get time. I want to keep the heat down a bit in the bay so they should hep a bit

personal choice really ,, if you dont like em just get another bonnet there always popping up on ebay

 

Good idea! i might get another bonnet get them put in that and swap bonnets when im ready

 

Is cool louvers sill going? there only 20 minutes away from me just found them mentioned on here on an old post.

 

Personally I'd fit an rst vented bonnet. Sell straight on if ir doesn't work well or look well.
