Morning all I'm new to forums and needing some helpful tips, I have a ford escort van I'm wanting to spruce up with either a rs or a focus rs engine is the focus possible? And if so how hard & what I need to do cheers

What mk is it? Yes the engine conversions are possible, has been done on other escorts, cant see a van being any different.

Anything is possible, but the fact you're asking almost indicates the task may be more than you're bargaining for as a DIY deal

And the more complicated a conversion gets the more £££££ it will eat up.
