Hello guys - just joined your forum. I'm looking at buying a new fiesta ST and want to ask a few questions of you before I sign the dotted line.

Well firstly this is going to be my daily driver. I don't expect to get any kind of fuel economy when I'm having fun but is it reasonable when you actually are cruising. Ie. doing distance on the motorway.

Salesman is trying to talk me into getting ST2 over the ST1 but I'm not sure I see an extra £1000 value in the ST2. It looks like you just get the sony radio and heated seats and tinted windows on the ST2 (all of which are nice but not important to me) or have I missed something there? I'd be more inclined to get the mountune kit for a bit of extra power.

Lastly I wouldn't mind cruise control but looks like you can't order it on the ST1. Anyone know if you could retrofit it. Or indeed on the ST2 as it has to be ordered especially which makes it harder to bargain.
