Default Strange noise when slowing down

Hi guys I know this is not gonna be an easy one to diagnose but on my 4x4 cosworth when I'm slowing down or coasting I get a metallic jingling type noise coming from under there car, it disappears as soon as i go to accelerate. Any ideas where to start looking?

cheers Jason

check downpipe isnt close to front propshaft it could be vibrating on it when off throttle and then when you are accelerating the engine moves away and it stops touching, usually made worse by a bit of wear in the o/s engine mount
