I am rebuilding a spare 205 block that I have with some 4x4 Mahle pistons.
The spec I am going for is roughly 350 BHP with a t34 and greens, the Pistons have a few hundred miles on them but measure 91.26mm, so what is a good bore size to head for? I understand that the tolerance should allow for more Clearnace that standard due to heat of extra power, but is it massively different for my spec?
