Can these be bought new as i'm working on a standard restoration and it's the only part that were missing so wondered if Ford still do these hoses - or if anyone knows of anyone with an uncut item lying around in the garage give me a shout
You see the odd one popping up on eBay for around £100, bear in mind though that these have not been made for years and so will have aged.......expect the rubber to have white patches snd could be brittle. I was in the same position last year and ended up going for a set of silicoln hoses from Roose Motorsport in OE Matt Black, they look quite standard and are much better than the Ford rubber ones. I think the top hose alone was around £70 and the other 3 were about £80

I have seen that one for £110, for a second I thought I'd put cosworth in my search as that's a lot of money for one rubber hose - if anyone has an old one in the garage give me a shout
Weren't the OE hoses known for being weak even when new? Repros IME (on another classic but for coolant hoses) are not really much cop for even short term longevity.
If it were me I would get some silicone items in OE black. On a number of cars it has resolved a number of boost issues despite the hoses looking great on initial inspection.
I have used Samco and Roose before with both being quality products, and Roose do give that personal touch with their service over the phone
.
Of course if it is a stock garage resto you are going for then going secondhand may be your best choice. I know from Ford alot of bits are now NLA.

Yes basically it's a stock build and i'm sure someone must have a standard item - roose isn't an option it has to be Ford rubber its standard boost so can't see 9psi causing too much of an issue
