Default What clutch? 4x4 saff

I'm taking the gearbox out to paint it. Whilst it's out I'm going to replace the clutch.
Is it worth while changing the plate and bearing aswell?
What clutch shall I put in it?
It's 280 bhp and can't see me ever going past stage 3.

Would change the spigot bearing, too. The gear change should feel like new then.

If you have standard cable I would put a LuK (4x4) in it.
Should cope 280 - 350 Bhp without probs.
