Default What fuel pressure and Co on zvh turbo??

What should it be?

1.8 zvh turbo
195 chip
Beige injectors

I set it to 3.5 bar with vacuum off and 2.0 on co?

It's juddering at constant speed but feels like it's holding back when on full throttle but it doesn't judder and feels smooth?

You need to have the fuelling checked whilst cruising and on boost (when the problem occurs), what it does at idle doesn't really help mate.
IIRC It's 3 bar (standard CVH EFI Fuel pressure).

Thanks,

So it could be fueling then? So could be chip then possibly?

I'm thinking to change the leads plugs and coil pack and that and see what happens.

Does it sound like a fueling issue?

And are you able to adjust the fueling on cruising and boost or is it just standard. So if it's running the correct fuel pressure and boost it can't be changed around?

Also, what co do you run on a zvh turbo?

Is the chip actually for a 1.8 ZVH?

I'm guessing that's a Fiesta RS Turbo Stage 2 (aka 195) chip? Stu is probably on the right track. You may have another issue but probably needs a remap for the ZVHs increased capacity.

Stage 2 "195" chip on OFAC is 3.5 BAR fuel pressure at idle with the Vacuum off the regulator, which reduces to circa 3 BAR with the vacuum back on.

If you're running beige 701's and it idles fine, then it's a 195 Chip.

So I found the issue.the injecors are wrong. Part number shows them to be 207cc instead of the 250cc needed. So the chip is also probably a 165 but I have no way of telling.

Now can I use c20xe blue injectors with 255cc at 15.9ohm instead of the 250cc at 15.9?

Am I able to send my chip anywhere to be checked?
