Looking for this or idea's on how to make

Any idea's on how the make this part, probably steel bar rounded in the middle maybe?

It's the piece that welds to the clutch fork on MT75 box for hydro conversion

I made one with a bit of solid bar then drilled into it with different size drills until it was a little larger than the end of my slave cylinder
