When I do mines I just leave the expansion lid on, turn the engine on with the heathers on and rev the engine to about 2.5k. Then squeeze all the hoses regularly until they are hot. The two top ones where the heather control valve is are a pain to get bled because they are higher up that the expansion bottle the air gets trapped in them.

Then unscrew the lid carefully as its pressurised to let the pressure and hopefully the air bubbles out.

This has worked for me over the years mate

Try unbolting the water bottle and lift it higher up than the hcv, problem with the setup is the hcv is the highest point in the water system and water sometimes gets trapped in it rather than escaping through the expansion bottle.

Take it your not getting any heat through the blowers?

Already tried that idea I replaced the hcv with a pattern part on a Saturday the heaters was working fine the car was fine for 2 - 3 weeks then noticed the temp gauge was past half way felt the rad hoses and Could feel air bubbles and hear them now replaced new water pump and thermostat but still gets pressurised done a test to see if headgasket gone but it's fine the fan cuts in and out just the temp gauge goes up then the heaters go cold and you can hear the air in pipes and header tank

Thrash it up the road to high revs with heater on full. Usually forces the air out with the faster water flow.
