Default T34 water feed/return aeroquip?

Has anyone replaced the water pipes and replaced with aeroquip lines? Can this be done to replace tired old water pipes that might split? If so what size AN fittment is to be used?

Hi i have changed mine on a T34 on a 2wd sapp with the Torques fittings. The thread is M18 x 1.5 from memory so i bought 2 M18 x 1.5 to AN-6 fittings to go into the core, a 90 AN-6 to go between turbo & the head & a 45 AN-6 for the other side, 1 metre of braided stainless pipe & 2x anodised hose finishers for the others ends. Hope this helps.

I changed the water pipes on my gt30 to torques Teflon aero quip stuff. I used there banjo bolts. Also used the foil looking high temp heat sock stuff over the pipe close to the turbo as well as it dose get hot down there.

The pictures I have don't show the fittings and I've not got that set up any more as I'm building a new engine! Mine went from stat housing to turbo then from turbo to turbo cooler rad. My set up was on a cosworth. I'd use Teflon hose if I was you as it with stands higher temp and I'd use the heat sock for hoses as well as it gets hot around the turbo

as above..m18x1.5 adapter fits in the turbo (same fitting you would use in the big end of a 044 fuel pump) and what ever fitting you find you need from there
