Default VVT Cam Pulley

Hi all. I really need help with this one. I have a 52 plate focus ST170. EML came on a while ago so had a diagnostic check done. Came up with a timing problem so took it to a timing specialist who put it to TDC and reset the cams. Engine ran a lot better after and thought everything was ok. Next day EML back on. Took it for another diagnostic check and came up with o2 sensor problem so changed the up-flow sensor and EML off. Next day back on again. Yet more diagnostics and came up with the timing problem again. Took it back to the timing guy and he said the VVT cam pulley is faulty and it keeps knocking the timing out. Phoned Ford and they said it probably isnt that. I am pulling my hair out with this one and really need some help.
I have been looking for a VVT cam pulley everywhere and can't find one. Even Ford said they don't make them anymore. Can't even find a second hand one. Even is that is the problem.

PLEASE HEEEEEEEEELLLPP!!!

Maybe. I'm going to have a look at the solenoid today. Not sure if mine has the cam timing sensors too. I know some of the later focus's do.
Thanks for your reply.

My timing is to pot too. iv changed the cam, crank, and oil pressure sensors changed the VCT solenoid. Took too Ford to try there diagnostics, only to say possible causes was everything id changed. The master tech said it would be the pulley failing when warm. I'm now deleting the vct altogether. £115 for adjustable pulleys and £35 for the adapter to make the pulleys fit
